Q: Do you sell replacement seats?
A: No. We offer replacement leather upholstery for your existing factory
seating. Each interior is designed and handcrafted specifically for your
vehicle, ensuring youll get an original equipment fit.
Q: Can you cover my back seats? Armrests? Door panels?
A: Our interiors are designed to cover all the areas typically covered by
a factory-style leather interior. This includes front seats, back seats,
third-row seating, armrests, consoles, and door panels. On fold-down seats
in SUVs, matching carpet is used where its required. Headliner
and floor mats not included.

A: Many vehicle patterns are currently in development, so if you cant

Q: The seats in your Design Options page dont look
like mine, what gives?
A: The Design Options page is intended to show the various options available,
such as two-tone, piping, and perforation, but does not show you your specific
seat. Rest assured, the kit we will send you has been tailored to fit your
specific interior.
Q: Your order entry page only gives me the option to
pay by Credit Card, can I pay with check, money order, etc?
A: You may pay by credit card online, or call us at (866)75-SEATS to pay
by money order or cashiers check. We do not currently accept personal
checks.

Q: How do I get my interior installed?
A: Upon purchasing your kit, well refer you to an installer in your
area. If youre so inclined, we also offer self-installation with or
without our Installation Kit ($99), which includes all the specialized upholstery
tools youll need (in addition to your existing automotive tools),
and an installation video CD-ROM.
Q: How long does it take for an interior to be shipped
to me?
A: After weve called you to verify your order, kits generally take
between 3-5 business days to manufacture, and about 1-5 days to get to your
door thereafter.
Q: Are your kits made entirely of leather?
A: Our kits use a combination of both Italian leather and automotive-grade
vinyl, often exceeding the leather content of a factory leather interior.
Our average interior boasts a generous 55 square feet of leather! We also
feature the best grain match in the industry.
Q: Can I return my interior?
A: We manufacture each and every leather interior to order, and because
of this, we cannot cancel or alter an order once it has been placed into
production. To prevent this from happening, well call you to verify
your order before it goes to production.

it gets to us, all credit card information is encrypted every step of the
way.
